I 109th CONGRESS 2d Session H. R. 4882 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AN ACT To ensure the proper remembrance of Vietnam veterans and the Vietnam War by designating a site for a visitor center for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Visitor Center Enforcement Act.

Site

Section 6 of Public Law 96–297 is amended by adding at the end the following: (e)

Site

The visitor center authorized by subsection (a) shall be located in the open land in the triangular area between Henry Bacon Drive, NW, 23rd Street, NW, Constitution Avenue, NW, and the Lincoln Memorial..
