<subsection id="H687054F335744D059454F370FC78AAA1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The map described in subsection (b) relating to the Coastal Barrier Resources System unit Grayton Beach Unit FL–95P, located in Walton County, Florida, as included in the set of maps entitled <quote>Coastal Barrier Resources System</quote> referred to in section 4(a) of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/3503">16 U.S.C. 3503(a)</external-xref>), is hereby replaced by another map relating to that unit entitled <quote>Grayton Beach Unit FL–95P and Draper Lake Unit FL–96</quote> and dated <quote>July 24, 2006</quote>.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HC8DFA9D4C13E47E0BBDBD8B3DCC899A7"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Replaced map described</header><text>The map replaced under subsection (a) is subtitled <quote>COASTAL BARRIER RESOURCES SYSTEM GRAYTON BEACH UNIT FL–95P DRAPER LAKE UNIT FL–96</quote> and dated October 24, 1990.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HD62A655D9D2B410D83A2F93E61D3E02B"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Availability</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of the Interior shall keep the maps referred to in subsections (a) on file and available for inspection in accordance with the provisions of section 4(b) of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/3503">16 U.S.C. 3503(b)</external-xref>).</text></subsection></section>
