<section id="H4DDFE2EE562C498DB232008C55ED1FD1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Truth-in-Lobbying Disclosure Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> 
<section id="HE1D88EA690C9449E83FAFC768676EDD"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reporting of federal funds received by clients of lobbyists</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 5(b) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/2/1604">2 U.S.C. 1604(b)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HAE402919A1104A25AD9B774B2840392B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (3), by striking <quote>and</quote> after the semicolon;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H146C963F56CF4F919180F38DC1755DA"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (4), by striking the period and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H4E8B8A8F2F264418B99066C7C2DD32C1"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> 
<quoted-block style="OLC" id="HD4F90EC09478479E99DE1F7EE6DF1085" display-inline="no-display-inline"> 
<paragraph id="HDF4F654E433840CDA3A8FE141DD165A9"><enum>(5)</enum><text>any Federal funds received by the client (other than a client that is a State), through grants, contracts, or otherwise, during the semiannual reporting period, including funds received by reason of a provision in an appropriations Act that—</text> 
<subparagraph id="HCCA6ED2BA5A843B19428D2792CBD6C7E"><enum>(A)</enum><text>specifies an entity to receive funds and the amount of such funds; or</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H5FE57817C18D4160BC58E33E25BA3859"><enum>(B)</enum><text>specifies a project to be carried out in—</text> 
<clause id="HF5E945B776A146F088327FF1E8A9C7F0"><enum>(i)</enum><text>the district that a Representative in, or Delegate or Resident Commissioner to, the Congress represents; or</text></clause> 
<clause id="H959D58C235F7485988F3B8D2553E7BEC"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>the State that a Senator represents.</text></clause></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section>
