<section id="HB2704E0248524A4D9762F7EDB9BAB1B3" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>10 percent renewable fuel requirement</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 211 (o) of the Clean Air Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/7545">42 U.S.C. 7545(o)</external-xref>) is amended by adding the following new paragraph at the end thereof:</text>

<paragraph id="H53488ACF941C4A0AAE5C43DFA37D8D9"><enum>(13)</enum><header>10 percent retail renewable fuel requirement</header><text>Not later than 1 year after the enactment of this paragraph, the Administrator shall promulgate regulations under this section requiring that, after December 31, 2012, all gasoline motor vehicle fuel sold or dispensed to consumers in the contiguous United States, on an annual average basis, contain not less than 10 percent renewable fuel (as defined in paragraph (1) of this subsection).</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </section>
