<section section-type="section-one" id="H888B17D9AAF34DE59DFD6CDE55663B16" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Reauthorization of appropriations for Coastal Heritage Trail Route in New Jersey</header>
<subsection id="HA369A76E37B54ACF8308A2A644BADBC8"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Reauthorization</header><text>Section 6 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/100/515">Public Law 100–515</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1244">16 U.S.C. 1244</external-xref> note) is amended—</text>
<paragraph id="H972CF995F4C144D2BFFFD5979D84623F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (b)(1), by striking <quote>$4,000,000</quote> and all that follows and inserting <quote>such sums as may be necessary.</quote>; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HA36EE55D320B471FAE8E03CDFA8E68F1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (c), by striking <quote>10</quote> and inserting <quote>12</quote>.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="H73A1DA8318884DE8B5E80022568D268B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Strategic plan</header>
<paragraph id="H9ADAD4512E3247999E03AFC47C3BF951"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior shall, by not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, prepare a strategic plan for the New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail Route.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H5967A56D08B54B4FBD241D76213FE604"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Contents</header><text>The strategic plan shall describe—</text>
<subparagraph id="H857534E507A2421799A0C7F1A7FECDB4"><enum>(A)</enum><text>opportunities to increase participation by national and local private and public interests in planning, development, and administration of the New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail Route; and</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H209C4D2C43DE46BB9CFD3EF64115DE37"><enum>(B)</enum><text>organizational options for sustaining the New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail Route.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></subsection></section>
