<section id="H6D624F2FD8284D3E9D25217B50DCB833" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Ethical Disclosure Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
<section id="H2AB94B255CE242D1B4B93CD3EBC96474"><enum>2.</enum><header>Verification of compliance with gift rule</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 102(a) of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
<quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HD7E65FDAABAE4402A22D64830434854E"> 
<paragraph id="H4CE4E3C9CA744F9399E0A7E5B0ECDC42"><enum>(9)</enum><text>In the case of a Representative in Congress, a Delegate to Congress, the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico, or an officer or employee of the Congress whose compensation is disbursed by the Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives, a statement certifying that the individual is in compliance with clause 5 (relating to gifts) of rule XXV of the Rules of the House of Representatives.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section>
