<section id="H66AA9BE3AF3940EA8149FB00896FD647" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Authorization of salary adjustments for Federal justices and judges</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Pursuant to section 140 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/97/92">Public Law 97–92</external-xref>, Justices and judges of the United States are authorized during fiscal year 2006 to receive a salary adjustment in accordance with <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/461">section 461</external-xref> of title 28, United States Code.</text></section>
