<section id="HC201EC47921B423595673F18AD77265" section-type="undesignated-section" display-inline="yes-display-inline"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"> That an operator of a farm vehicle in the State of Louisiana may operate without a commercial driver’s license such vehicle under <external-xref legal-doc="regulation" parsable-cite="cfr/49/383.3">section 383.3(d)</external-xref> of title 49, Code of Federal Regulations (as in effect on December 1, 2005), anywhere in the State, including areas of the State outside of 150 miles of the farm, until January 1, 2006. </text></section>
