<section id="HECB07B84BC2C490695F3ECF020CE00A6" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Trust and Verify Cargo Shippers Act of 2005</short-title></quote>. </text></section> 
<section id="HD3038E0DBC394674A90133E3C935B312" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Verification of security measures under the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C–TPAT) program and the Free and Secure Trade (FAST) program</header> 
<subsection id="H1D5B171B11414EBEBE28FEA79E15A499"><enum>(a)</enum><header>General verification</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, and on a biannual basis thereafter, the Commissioner of the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection of the Department of Homeland Security shall verify on-site the security measures of each individual and entity that is participating in the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C–TPAT) program and the Free And Secure Trade (FAST) program.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H1A5ADC41E3914D1B8C057FC125657600"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Policies for noncompliance with C–TPAT program requirements</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Commissioner shall establish policies for non-compliance with the requirements of the C–TPAT program by individuals and entities participating in the program, including probation or expulsion from the program, as appropriate.</text></subsection></section>
