<section id="H919EB2A774C347A49902B6A40000EF70" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Grants for lead-based paint hazard reduction in target housing</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1011 of the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/4852">42 U.S.C. 4852</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H245E4C6F6FB24824A752FBB94416F84F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating subsection (p) as subsection (q); and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H10ABDDCA3C6040F9A44358050471B996"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting after subsection (o) the following:</text>

<subsection id="H8C6751557F2846228419A9DCC537E2E1"><enum>(p)</enum><header>Priority for Superfund sites</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In awarding grants under this section, the Secretary shall give priority consideration to activities to be undertaken on residential properties listed on the National Priorities List established under section 105 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/9605">42 U.S.C. 9605</external-xref>).</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section>
