(a)

Certain steam generators

Heading 9902.84.02 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking 12/31/2008 and inserting 12/31/2010. (b)

Certain reactor vessel heads and pressurizers

Heading 9902.84.03 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking 12/31/2008 and inserting 12/31/2010. (c)

Effective date

The amendments made by subsections (a) and (b) shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
