 To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
  at 6101 Liberty Road in Baltimore, Maryland, as the ``United States 
            Representative Parren J. Mitchell Post Office''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. UNITED STATES REPRESENTATIVE PARREN J. MITCHELL POST OFFICE.

    (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service 
located at 6101 Liberty Road in Baltimore, Maryland, shall be known and 
designated as the ``United States Representative Parren J. Mitchell 
Post Office''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``United 
States Representative Parren J. Mitchell Post Office''.
