<section id="H73D1556DAD8449CEA5E8791781236400" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Perquimans River Wild and Scenic River Study Act of 2005</short-title></quote>.</text> </section>
<section id="H4072813AD11D40ADB6B88CA1EE20C0B0"><enum>2.</enum><header>Designation of Perquimans River and its tributaries in Perquimans County, North Carolina, for study for potential addition to National Wild and Scenic Rivers System</header> 
<subsection id="H8C4C4212CC124F098623E9294FF4E8B2"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text>Section 5(a) of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1276">16 U.S.C. 1276(a)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:</text>

<subsection id="H7266CF2842AA4CF8BC6BA0CE52F1C7E0"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Time for submission</header><text>Not later than three years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall submit to Congress a report containing the results of the study required by the amendment made by subsection (b).</text></subsection> </section>
