<section id="HC559012500F447F4AD64AB2F8BC6D9EA" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Temporary suspension of mandatory separation provisions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">No member of the Capitol Police shall, during the 12-month period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, be subject to mandatory separation under either section <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/8335">8335(c)</external-xref> or section <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/8425">8425(c)</external-xref> of title 5, United States Code.</text></section>
