<section id="H485698D5D9E54A02AFD4A63E4F787B4E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Expansion of boundaries, South Carolina National Heritage Corridor</header>
<subsection id="H8C4BE144A47547A69432E87E79013439"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Inclusion of additional counties</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 604(b)(2) of the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor Act of 1996 (title VI of division II of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/104/333">Public Law 104–333</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/461">16 U.S.C. 461</external-xref> note) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraphs:</text>

<subsection id="HE70C8E4EE75844DCA8A989C439511EFF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Revision of heritage plan</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The management entity for the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor shall revise the heritage plan for the heritage corridor to reflect the expansion of the boundaries of the heritage corridor to include Georgetown, Berkeley, and Saluda Counties, South Carolina. The revised heritage plan shall be subject to review and approval by the Secretary of the Interior as provided in section 606(c) of the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor Act of 1996.</text> </subsection></section>
