<section section-type="section-one" id="H992A9FAF27F54DABA92754D0227CA115" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Additional counties and city in Appalachian region</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/40/14102">Section 14102(a)(1)</external-xref> of title 40, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HAEA0BAED416A460CB3F741DAC040A873"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting the following: <quote>and cities located within the boundaries of such area</quote> before the closing parenthesis; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H80F9EB3DC9FF451687D2E00279281626"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (L)—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H7CD0F5DD25764A8191009881C6E9D0E"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by inserting <quote>Franklin</quote> after <quote>Floyd</quote>; </text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H1F32DBC6FAAE4A189D317FC51C52DE7D"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by inserting <quote>Henry,</quote> after <quote>Grayson,</quote>;</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HA8A774CE09944758967258336C29F474"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by inserting <quote>Patrick,</quote> after <quote>Montgomery,</quote>; and</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HC690BCAAEEF941DA00BC565267FBB0A3"><enum>(D)</enum><text>by inserting <quote>and the city of Martinsville</quote> after <quote>and Wythe</quote>.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></section>
