<section id="HF9EA762EF2964190000400EA4F51B562" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Exception for military</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall issue regulations to ensure that no secondary airport security screening is conducted of a member of the United States Armed Forces who—</text> 
<paragraph id="H00CA1664055C461DAC4BA5627E90361B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>is on active duty;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H1BDCFAE107EE4C7E9D8FFDB832009308"><enum>(2)</enum><text>is carrying orders that require the travel such member is engaged in;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H5C73A624C3AF455086C9008400429999"><enum>(3)</enum><text>is in uniform; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H7AFBF5DB59704A2C90FA299475607DCD"><enum>(4)</enum><text>has valid military identification.</text></paragraph></section>
