<section id="H51F942334418425698D3CCA31BDBC6D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Use of certain roads within Delaware Water Gap</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 702 of Division I of the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/104/333">Public Law 104–333</external-xref>; 110 Stat. 4185) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H9DBC963F872E469C912BA9E0CAC73D6F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>2005</quote> and inserting <quote>2015, or whenever a feasible alternative exists, whichever comes first,</quote> each place it appears; and</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HCB6C4E86F4F34B27B137F338873E0074"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by amending the last sentence in subsection (c)(2) to read as follows: <quote>Such fee shall be set to fully cover the cost of operation of the road, but not to exceed $40 per trip.</quote>.</text></paragraph> </section>
