<section id="HA07FE3889A6A43BFA7B8CA00F19CE8BF" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Exemption from numerical limitation for boilermakers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the numerical limitation contained in section 214(g)(1)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1184">8 U.S.C. 1184(g)(1)(B)</external-xref>) shall not apply to any nonimmigrant alien issued a visa or otherwise provided status under section 101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(b) of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1101">8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(b)</external-xref>) who is employed (or has received an offer of employment) as a boilermaker.</text></section>
