<section id="H2E387445E55C4F6F8121AAEACC3EB65" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Fair Trade for All Act of 2005</short-title></quote>. </text></section>
<section id="H62B1FCE77B1B44BF98DCA92701081C29"><enum>2.</enum><header>Withdrawal from DR-CAFTA</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Pursuant to article 22.7 of the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement, entered into on August 5, 2004, with the Governments of Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua, the President of the United States shall withdraw the United States from that Agreement.</text> </section>
