<section id="HBABF7DD4EA424D2FBF50944CF8D6B093" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Federal and State government employers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3(5) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 is amended by striking <quote>but does not include</quote> and all that follows through <quote>State</quote> and inserting <quote>including the United States government, any government of a State or political subdivision of a State, or any interstate governmental agency.</quote></text> </section>
