<section section-type="section-one" id="H39F13C9E18A54E6EB158CDEAFBA803CC" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Prayer at military service academy activities</header> 
<subsection id="HE5A68ACA4388492EACEE1700BE7B38D8"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The superintendent of a service academy may have in effect such policy as the superintendent considers appropriate with respect to the offering of a voluntary, nondenominational prayer at an otherwise authorized activity of the academy, subject to such limitations as the Secretary of Defense may prescribe.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HA0855112A9E54B818981D68DDBDCA884"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Service academies</header><text>For purposes of this section, the term <term>service academy</term> means any of the following:</text> 
<paragraph id="H6C08871F26E84DBCBACF59006C12D3EE"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The United States Military Academy.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H235065FCAA96471E9F101EA90051D971"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The United States Naval Academy.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H5F993127377342FCB1F5DB7CE003B93"><enum>(3)</enum><text>The United States Air Force Academy.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
