<section id="H872D3105A6864E00A4DDB2809B8881B8" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Revocation of security clearance for persons that disclose classified information</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Title VI of the National Security Act of 1947 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/421">50 U.S.C. 421 et seq.</external-xref>) is amended by inserting after section 605 the following new section:</text>

<section id="H7807617579894F36A8499678353832CF"><enum>605A.</enum><header>Revocation of security clearance for persons that disclose classified information</header> 
<subsection id="H831F35D0BE4D44AF8B3704821E3EDB53"><enum>(a)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any Federal employee who discloses, or has disclosed, classified information, including the identity of a covert agent of the Central Intelligence Agency, to a person not authorized to receive such information shall not be permitted to hold a security clearance for access to such information.</text></subsection> </section> <after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </section>
