<official-title>To direct the Administrator of General Services to take such action as may be necessary to have the Federal Trade Commission vacate the building located at 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, in the District of Columbia and to make that building available for occupancy by the National Gallery of Art.</official-title>

<section id="H0ADD1695EE604B0694F25BAE6EEB9CB0" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>National Gallery of Art</header> 
<subsection id="HC9FA8533DDCB46FCBBD3CDDFBA840007"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Location</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than December 31, 2012, the Administrator of General Services shall take such action as may be necessary to—</text> 
<paragraph id="H7590464501E84A4EB5FF049756BD8D44"><enum>(1)</enum><text>have the Federal Trade Commission vacate the building located at 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, in the District of Columbia;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H3C9F91F01AC649CE9967D9BCE56FA0D5"><enum>(2)</enum><text>make that building available for occupancy by the National Gallery of Art; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H08F26F28D5324988BD86BC0382B3F5C8"><enum>(3)</enum><text>relocate the Federal Trade Commission into another appropriate building in a location selected in consultation with the Commission.</text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="H6E3A8AB6F2E446BF8F2956ADD28D4E98"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Reconstruction</header><text>The Administrator shall reconstruct the building referred to in subsection (a)(1) to house and exhibit works of art and carry administrative functions, subject to the requirements of the Director of the National Gallery of Art.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H78814460B8AA40D9A1AF97E5D092826"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Designation</header><text>Beginning on the date that the National Gallery of Art takes occupancy of the building referred to in subsection (a)(1)—</text> 
<paragraph id="HF692AC00C621414EAE05CC09EDF175A2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the building shall be known and designated as the <quote>National Gallery of Art</quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H16FAB977F3A847188CD5A043442E1D56"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the building shall be deemed to be a reference to the <quote>National Gallery of Art</quote>.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
