Termination of designation of Brazil as a beneficiary developing country for purposes of title V of the Trade Act of 1974

In accordance with subsections (d) and (f)(2) of section 502 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2462(d) and (f)(2)), the President shall terminate the designation of Brazil as a beneficiary developing country for purposes of title V of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2461 et seq.; relating to generalized system of preferences), effective not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
