<section section-type="section-one" id="HAA82F8BFEF5945B6AA15AC33D51850EA" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Restriction</header> 
<subsection id="H40DFC83E960E4576AA9E24A32CDA99FD"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/39/3210">Section 3210(a)</external-xref> of title 39, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<paragraph indent="up1" id="H495B306969064B47895FF94117A76900"><enum>(8)</enum><text>A Member of the House of Representatives may not send, as part of a mass mailing, any matter described in subparagraph (B), (C), or (F) of paragraph (3).</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> 
<subsection id="H3CD7972F9A7546E28ED0BA1DE59476BD"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to mail sent during any session of Congress beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text></subsection></section>
