<section id="H13EA27FB69D34FBDA0E593635B0046BE" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Great Lakes oil and gas drilling ban</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">No Federal or State permit or lease shall be issued for new oil and gas slant, directional, or offshore drilling in or under one or more of the Great Lakes.</text></section> 
<section id="HEFB6C2646BBD462D998B57ED54B28B6F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definition</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">As used in this Act, the term <quote>Great Lakes</quote> has the same meaning as provided by section 118(a)(3) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/1268">33 U.S.C. 1268(a)(3)</external-xref>).</text></section>
