			<paragraph id="HF57EF4197D194230A56DDC9CEBA9EE00"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in section 104(c), by
			 striking <quote>September 30, 2005</quote> and inserting <quote>September 30,
			 2010</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H74D8AE45F7944717AC665791C9319FCC"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in section 301, by striking <quote>fiscal
			 years 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and
			 2004</quote> and inserting <quote>the period of fiscal years 2006 through
			 2010</quote>.</text>
