<official-title>To amend the Jacob Wetterling Crimes Against Children and Sexually Violent Offender Registration Act to extend registration requirements to juvenile sex offenders.</official-title>

<section id="HE630C6D63C95411CA321C0741C7D00D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Aime Zyla Act of 2005</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HC817AEE675284613920556B1AFFFC47"><enum>2.</enum><header>Registration required for juvenile sex offenders</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 170101(a)(1) of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/14071">42 U.S.C. 14071(a)(1)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H9787E0C8CA0142CA957E64E05B4D6B3E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end of subparagraph (A);</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HFBB0247EA1274EE098095BECBF7CF505"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking the period at the end of subparagraph (B) and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HAF4C8526C36443D78D409E1CA72CE186"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>

<subparagraph id="H6085D7085DF94263BBB687A283DF971"><enum>(C)</enum><text>a person who was adjudicated a juvenile delinquent for conduct that would be an offense described in subparagraph (A) or (B) if committed by an adult to register as required under subparagraph (A) or (B) if the adjudication were a conviction for the offense.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section>
