Formulations of Difenoconazole/Mefenoxam

(a)

In general

Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: 9902.90.10Formulations of Difenoconazole and Mefenoxam which contain Difenoconazole Technical 1H-1,2,4-triazole, 1-[[2-[2-chloro-4-(4-chlorophenoxy)phenyl]-4-methyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]methyl]- and Mefenoxam Technical (R,S)-2-[(2,6-dimethylphenyl]-methoxyacetylamino]-propionic acid methyl ester (CAS Nos. 70630-17-0, 69516-34-3, and 119446-68-3) (provided for in subheading 3808.20.15)FreeNo changeNo changeOn or before 12/31/2008 (b)

Effective date

The amendment made by subsection (a) applies with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
