Air freshener electric devices with warmer units

(a)

In general

Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following: 9902.98.09 Air freshener electric devices that contain a warmer unit that plugs into an electrical outlet, diffuse an adjustable amount of heated, scented oil throughout a room, and provide two additional built-in electrical outlets for other devices (provided for in subheading 8516.79.00)FreeNo ChangeNo ChangeOn or Before 12/31/2008. Effective date

The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
