<section id="H88AF6FECB7BC491E82DF3C8FFFE38D00" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>San Juan Island National Historical Park Boundary Addition Act of 2005</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H438781B0BAEE4E9C95A007B13DA49988"><enum>2.</enum><header>Addition to boundary of peak</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The first section of the Act of September 9, 1966 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/89/565">Public Law 89–565</external-xref>; 80 Stat 737; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/282a">16 U.S.C. 282a</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H28943386373749BA928801A7D2851D1B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>That the</quote> and inserting the following:</text>

<paragraph id="H800C22A7DE184057A4BC75F0C6007C84"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding after subsection (a) (as so redesignated by paragraph (1)) the following new subsection:</text>

<subsection id="H792C98A68C634450BDC33B5278A8A321"><enum>(b)</enum><text>The Secretary of the Interior is authorized to acquire, by donation or exchange only, the property known as the Mitchell Hill, as generally depicted on the map entitled <quote>___________________</quote>, numbered ______, and dated ______. The map shall be on file and available for inspection in the appropriate offices of the National Park Service.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section>
