<section id="H8E3C4D1C83EB423D84558BC6B0CFF93" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Trifloxystrobin</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"></text>
<subsection id="H22BBA15B947541B4B7628F14F7CFCA12"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Heading 9902.29.41 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (relating to Trifloxystrobin) is amended by striking <quote>12/31/2003</quote> and inserting <quote>12/31/2008</quote>. </text></subsection>
<subsection id="HF1DDF2BBEBFF446CAE33D05392E3A8A6"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date</header>
<paragraph id="HF67B84F9CF7D4A578FC3CE40AF838750"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after January 1, 2004.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H0843EE1D09DB40E1BCDC005B006D8BE4"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Retroactive application</header><text>Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/19/1514">19 U.S.C. 1514</external-xref>) or any other provision of law, upon proper request filed with U.S. Customs and Border Protection before the 90th day after the date of the enactment of this Act, any entry, or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption, of any good—</text>
<subparagraph id="HC27CA834386246EA8F9856708D81B610"><enum>(A)</enum><text>that was made on or after January 1, 2004, and before the date of the enactment of this Act, and</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H278DE6220B1249D1B8949181ACE2CC13"><enum>(B)</enum><text>with respect to which there would have been no duty if the amendment made by subsection (a) applied to such entry or withdrawal,</text></subparagraph><continuation-text continuation-text-level="paragraph">shall be liquidated or reliquidated as if such amendment applied to such entry or withdrawal.</continuation-text></paragraph></subsection></section>
