<section id="H693A0DC852CB46D3BCEE4424AEA9402B" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Continuation of mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs medical center in Kerrville, Texas</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Except as otherwise expressly authorized by law, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs—</text>
<paragraph id="H60D0A394938D4B9881C458A7E1B78EE"><enum>(1)</enum><text>may not implement a change in the mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs medical center in Kerrville, Texas; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HA7EA94633162401CB195F658B8B186F6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall continue to maintain a minimum of 25 acute care beds at that medical center.</text></paragraph></section>
