<official-title>To require certain Federal service contractors to participate in a pilot program for employment eligibility confirmation.</official-title>

<section section-type="section-one" id="H4BDC851AC7384E27BB047F486CEFCFD" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Federal Contractor Security Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
<section id="H3F7FA7FC8B14448195FDB61900BBE616"><enum>2.</enum><header>Requiring certain Federal service contractors to participate in pilot program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 402(e)(1) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1324a">8 U.S.C. 1324a</external-xref> note) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<subparagraph id="H9391EC8A88724E068E1B3358A2A600E2"><enum>(C)</enum><header>Certain Federal service contractors</header><text>The following entities shall elect to participate in a pilot program and shall comply with the terms and conditions of such an election:</text>
<clause id="H3C7CAEBAEDF545E29CCBD7CE00DE100"><enum>(i)</enum><text>A contractor who has entered into a contract with the Federal Government to which section 2(b)(1) of the Service Contract Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/41/351">41 U.S.C. 351(b)(1)</external-xref>) applies, and any subcontractor under such contract.</text></clause>
<clause id="H8056F6CA6BD5472C8FED2DE2DC2D55A9"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>A contractor who has entered into a contract exempted from the application of such Act by section 6 of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/41/356">41 U.S.C. 356</external-xref>), and any subcontractor under such contract.</text></clause></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section>
