<subsection id="H218D164523A84EE48024466D946E89E9"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Subheading 9902.30.16 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking <quote>12/31/2006</quote> and inserting <quote>12/31/2009</quote>.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H3A5BC89A3E2E47268CE45D289FFA1FC7"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text>The amendment made by this section shall apply to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text></subsection></section>
