<paragraph id="HC4CE8569157743FEAD74CF9C02A97163"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (2), by striking <quote>with the Secretary of the Treasury for the Secretary to prepare and strike, on a reimbursable basis,</quote> and inserting <quote>for striking</quote>; and</text></paragraph>
