Short title

This Act may be cited as the Protecting Every Health Center Act of 2005.

Amendment to the Public Health Service Act

Section 224(g)(4) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 233(g)(4)) is amended by striking receiving Federal funds under section 330 and inserting as described in section 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act.
