<section id="HC01DE1C1BB684BB9A7EA5F53A3B18AF"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendment to the Public Health Service Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 224(g)(4) of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/233">42 U.S.C. 233(g)(4)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>receiving Federal funds under section 330</quote> and inserting <quote>as described in section 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act</quote>. </text></section>
