<official-title>To amend the Act entitled <quote>An Act to provide for the establishment of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, and for other purposes</quote> to clarify the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to accept donations of lands that are contiguous to the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, and for other purposes.</official-title>

<section id="H1C6AB4C8A1EA46AA9C11414EE6C19B6" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore Corrections Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H610304AE658942239657AADA21F87417"><enum>2.</enum><header>Clarification of contiguous lands</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 19 of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/460u-19">16 U.S.C. 460u–19</external-xref>) is amended by designating the existing text of the section as subsection (a), and by adding at the end the following:</text> 
<quoted-block id="H15E99CA6998C4BB5AC1F24AF78C176D0"> 
<subsection id="HF710CD2C0EA3437AA606B500DC8B4B54"><enum>(b)</enum><text>For purposes of subsection (a), lands may be considered contiguous to other lands if the lands touch the other lands, or are separated from the other lands by only a public or private right-of-way, such as a road, railroad, or utility corridor.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section> 
<section id="HB75D7083C73949A5AA1B445D7FFE00B9"><enum>3.</enum><header>Authority to acquire lands by payment of delinquent taxes</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2(a) of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/460u-1">16 U.S.C. 460u–1(a)</external-xref>) is amended in the first sentence by inserting before the period the following: <quote>, including acquisition from units of State or local government by satisfaction of delinquent State or local taxes</quote>.</text></section>
