<section id="HF8850043A8A0433F8ED5BB61440E089" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Online Freedom of Speech Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H0A5522FF08564BB79CF6F4C91E06645" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Modification of Definition of Public Communication</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Paragraph (22) of section 301 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/2/431">2 U.S.C. 431(22)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following new sentence: <quote>Such term shall not include communications over the Internet.</quote>.</text> </section>
