<section id="H0A5522FF08564BB79CF6F4C91E06645" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Modification of Definition of Public Communication</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Paragraph (22) of section 301 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/2/431">2 U.S.C. 431(22)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following new sentence: <quote>Such term shall not include communications over the Internet.</quote>.</text> </section>
