<section id="H1123D784292F440D845E5986EAAF0654" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Limitation on the United States share of assessments for United Nations regular budget</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 11 of the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/287e-3">22 U.S.C. 287e–3</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>22 percent of the total of all assessed contributions for that budget</quote> and inserting <quote>the largest assessed contribution of any other permanent member country of the United Nations Security Council</quote>. </text> </section>
