<subsection id="H5B4689F3648D469C835000B8DF60E996"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal of H1–B provisions</header><text>The <act-name parsable-cite="INA">Immigration and Nationality Act</act-name> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1101">8 U.S.C. 1101 et seq.</external-xref>) is amended by striking sections 101(a)(15)(H)(i)(b), 212(n), 214(c)(9), 214(c)(10), and 286(s).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HC5BA12AA4356464DBD56BED1A78B886B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming amendments</header> 
<paragraph id="H1F697A32CB1E48CE965B4DFBBA35CAE"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Section 214(c)(5)(A) of such Act (8 U.S.C 1184(c)(5)(A)) is amended by striking <quote>101(a)(15)(H)(i)(b) or</quote>.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H1D8386D35D1A45D78592BBD847F00A5"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Section 214(g)(1) of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1184">8 U.S.C. 1184(g)(1)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>1992)—</quote> and all that follows through <quote>(B)</quote> and inserting <quote>1992)</quote>.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
