<section section-type="section-one" id="HD57EB5A072B94963AEBCB95B306409E2" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Personal Pictures Protection Act of 2005</short-title></quote>.</text></section>

<subsection id="H11BA7FFB9C884F80B75C836F4F3D68CC"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Part I of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after chapter 79 the following:</text>

<section id="H1614A20379A7483E825FFB668F6FA9DC"><enum>1631.</enum><header>Sexually explicit photographs on the Internet</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Whoever, with the intent to embarrass or cause emotional distress to another person places on a computer photographs of the sexually explicit conduct (as defined in section 2256) of that person so that such photographs are accessible on the Internet, without the permission of that other person, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.</text></section></chapter><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection>
