<section id="H04EB2F296EB44AE49EA900E86E61CC06" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Repeal of continued dumping and subsidy offset</header>
<subsection id="H4F2E5CD3D0A04F64A6ACBD5800A10020"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text>Section 754 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/19/1675c">19 U.S.C. 1675c</external-xref>), and the item relating to section 754 in the table of contents for title VII of that Act, are repealed.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H87DDEAA5B18446E7BD14A4B94FD762F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Existing accounts</header><text>All amounts remaining, upon the enactment of this Act, in any special account established under section 754(e)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (as in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act) shall be deposited in the general fund of the Treasury.</text></subsection></section>
