<official-title>To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to participate in the design and construction of the Riverside-Corona Feeder in cooperation with the Western Municipal Water District of Riverside, California.</official-title>

<section id="HB4077A033ECE476BBB8732F900EFBC14" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Planning, design, and construction of the Riverside-Corona Feeder</header> 
<subsection id="H335CBD18566B4C89008D0061EF71361E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior, in cooperation with the Western Municipal Water District, may participate in a project to plan, design, and construct a water supply project, the Riverside-Corona Feeder, which includes 20 groundwater wells and 28 miles of pipeline in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, California.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H84A0E87E8AD746619132BEF729758846"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Agreements and regulations</header><text>The Secretary may enter into such agreements and promulgate such regulations as are necessary to carry out this section.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HFCE384CBEEC14F3B00EFB0A0365E5000"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Federal cost share</header> 
<paragraph id="H391378C5414141B9908681AB8E13E515"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Planning, design, construction</header><text>The Federal share of the cost to plan, design, and construct the project described in subsection (a) shall be the lesser of 35 percent of the total cost of the project or $50,000,000.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H566F3C1C0E93421E9C3281EB4DB613E1"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Studies</header><text>The Federal share of the cost to complete the necessary planning study associated with the project described in subsection (a) shall not exceed 50 percent of the total study cost.</text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="H722CC264FAF2407097E25E18380BB50"><enum>(d)</enum><header>In-kind services</header><text>In-kind services performed by the Western Municipal Water District shall be considered a part of the local cost share to complete the project described in subsection (a).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HD74DE2D9B60E4607B5ADCA2CC41C2FB5"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text>Funds provided by the Secretary under this section shall not be used for operation or maintenance of the project described in subsection (a).</text></subsection></section> 
<section id="H72C5BA345B6F40688F5868FD65BE6F5E"><enum>2.</enum><header>Project authorizations</header> 
<subsection id="HF64F303388AF4A36AA59C9383807AD17"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/102/575">Public Law 102–575</external-xref>, title XVI; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/390h">43 U.S.C. 390h et seq.</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<section id="H3D55802F12F648C6A62BC16B9C6BC978"><enum>163_.</enum><header>Yucaipa Valley regional water supply renewal project</header> 
<subsection id="H22C090A2541C48BF8DE203C3714E7340"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authorization</header><text>The Secretary, in cooperation with the Yucaipa Valley Water District, may participate in the design, planning, and construction of projects to treat impaired surface water, reclaim and reuse impaired groundwater, and provide brine disposal within the Santa Ana Watershed described in the report submitted under section 1606.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HCB45A532A20A49829CC4DC562E71308"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Cost sharing</header><text>The Federal share of the cost of the project described in subsection (a) shall not exceed 25 percent of the total cost of the project.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H41144535F9FE4ABA9BB090EE378D612B"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text>Funds provided by the Secretary shall not be used for operation or maintenance of the project described in subsection (a).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H2DC6443AF16848ED8B9E24FA4DEFDD9D"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Authorization of appropriations</header><text>There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $20,000,000.</text></subsection></section> 
<section id="H5EDCEA15CE9640B0B2BA78CB58B8BB5"><enum>163_.</enum><header>City of Corona Water Utility, California, water recycling and reuse project</header> 
<subsection id="HC8A34C8274934D0D9DDAC199565008D3"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authorization</header><text>The Secretary, in cooperation with the City of Corona Water Utility, California, is authorized to participate in the design, planning, and construction of, and land acquisition for, a project to reclaim and reuse wastewater, including degraded groundwaters, within and outside of the service area of the City of Corona Water Utility, California.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H3B26185702F14B3A8300D2337F1652B8"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Cost share</header><text>The Federal share of the cost of the project authorized by this section shall not exceed 25 percent of the total cost of the project.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HFBA969A6EB284693AA1538C78783645E"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text>The Secretary shall not provide funds for the operation and maintenance of the project authorized by this section.</text></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> 
<subsection id="H2DCB0B7593D04145BE59D91824BDB153"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming amendments</header><text>The table of sections in section 2 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/102/575">Public Law 102–575</external-xref> is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 163_ the following:</text>
