<section section-type="section-one" id="H23B87711AFA54A4D9EA987BD8D883F53" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Land conveyance, Natural Resources Conservation Service property, Riverside County, California</header>
<subsection id="H36EF21B2230943798E8630A83FDD2CC9"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance required</header><text>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Agriculture shall convey, without consideration, to the Riverside-Corona Resource Conservation District all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real property, including improvements thereon, that is located at 4500 Glenwood Drive in Riverside, California, consists of approximately 9.5 acres, and is administered by the Natural Resources Conservation Service of the Department of Agriculture.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H56D594E4626F4F4E8FEE82E8DBD16D0"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conditions of conveyance</header><text>As conditions of the conveyance under subsection (a), the Riverside-Corona Resource Conservation District shall—</text>
<paragraph id="H4A940262635A48E68CB114F1F71DE606"><enum>(1)</enum><text>use the conveyed property for land conservation and related research and make the property available, to the furthest extent practicable, to other public agencies engaged in similar activities; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H7A2426D5EFE34D0499A5AF9213549600"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">permit the Natural Resources Conservation Service to continue to occupy and use, subject to subsection (c), that portion of the conveyed property known as <quote>Building B</quote>.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="H44443EA151B24966BBD99423246119CC"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Use of building B</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Riverside-Corona Resource Conservation District shall make Building B available to the Natural Resources Conservation Service without consideration, except that the Secretary shall be responsible for all costs associated with the occupation and use of Building B, including the cost of utilities, maintenance, repair, improvement, and insurance. The Secretary may release the Riverside-Corona Resource Conservation District from the condition imposed by subsection (b)(2) if the Secretary determines that Building B is no longer needed by the Natural Resources Conservation Service.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H2D0B64544D2B4DF2AE1203F9FE194F53"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Reversionary interest</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">If the Secretary determines that the Riverside-Corona Resource Conservation District is not complying with the conditions imposed by subsection (b) regarding the use of the property conveyed under subsection (a), all right, title, and interest in and to the property, including any improvements thereon, shall revert to the United States, and the United States shall have the right of immediate entry onto the property. Any determination of the Secretary under this subsection shall be made on the record after an opportunity for a hearing.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H55E8598160B5449AA637E3003677AFE7"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Description of property</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The exact acreage and legal description of the property to be conveyed under subsection (a), including the portion of the property to be made available to the Natural Resources Conservation Service under subsection (b)(2), shall be determined by a survey satisfactory to the Secretary.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HF2C9F8954F13422CA6FDDC56E6E16490"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Additional terms and conditions</header><text>The Secretary may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance under subsection (a) as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.</text></subsection></section>
