		<official-title>To permanently eliminate a procedure under which the

		  Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives can waive prohibitions on

		  the possession of firearms by convicted felons, drug offenders, and other

		  disqualified individuals.</official-title>

			<enum>1.</enum>

			<header>Short Title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the

			 <quote><short-title>No Guns for Felons

			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>

		</section><section id="idE755B3D89E3A446695E06CBF1E75C302" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Administrative relief

			 from certain firearms prohibitions</header>

			<subsection id="ID1230A9D38CD249408F673E144EF7EEF4">

				<enum>(a)</enum>

				<header>In general</header><text>Section 925(c) of title 18, United

			 States Code, is amended—</text>

				<paragraph id="ID715F87FA6DB4471DB300A72FFED46465">

					<enum>(1)</enum>

					<text>in the first sentence by inserting <quote>(other than a natural

			 person)</quote> before <quote>who is prohibited</quote>;</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID24F7619F29FC4BECADDDD759DBAAAD26">

					<enum>(2)</enum>

					<text>in the fourth sentence—</text>

					<subparagraph id="ID9BBF429A25AD4F669730411FB69FCA53">

						<enum>(A)</enum>

						<text>by inserting <quote>person (other than a natural person) who is

			 a</quote> before <quote>licensed importer</quote>; and</text>

					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID4BDEEB25DD1247C98368D7BA46BD9757">

						<enum>(B)</enum>

						<text>by striking <quote>his</quote> and inserting <quote>the

			 person’s</quote>; and</text>

					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="ID10A5E1E2C01242ACAAF3F8EC3E74AADA">

					<enum>(3)</enum>

					<text>in the fifth sentence, by inserting <quote>(1) the name of the

			 person, (2) the disability with respect to which the relief is granted, (3) if

			 the disability was imposed by reason of a criminal conviction of the person,

			 the crime for which and the court in which the person was convicted, and

			 (4)</quote> before <quote>the reasons therefor</quote>.</text>

				<enum>(b)</enum>

				<header>Applicability</header>

				<text>The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply to—</text>

				<paragraph id="IDDF7F3082CB264255B62E6469EAD52766">

					<enum>(1)</enum>

					<text>applications for administrative relief and actions for judicial

			 review that are pending on the date of enactment of this Act; and</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID831D4810DE1B49E1A7C865452684B2F1">

					<enum>(2)</enum>

					<text>applications for administrative relief filed, and actions for

			 judicial review brought, after the date of enactment of this Act.</text>
