<official-title>To provide for the establishment of a Department of Veterans Affairs Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for veterans on the grounds of the Navy Supply Corps School in Athens, Georgia.</official-title>

<section id="HB8802AEE3F5C4395A000E916C382177B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Department of Veterans Affairs Community-Based Outpatient Clinic, Navy Supply Corps School, Athens, Georgia</header> 
<subsection id="HB15F2533F3A34F729691A735DD139526"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Project authorization</header><text>The Secretary of Veterans Affairs is authorized—</text> 
<paragraph id="H320FF48B24434364A4A182B215D592EC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>to work with the Secretary of the Navy in developing on the grounds of the Navy Supply Corps School in Athens, Georgia, a site suitable for a medical facility; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H3E93F7467BB347C787705E6917A99427"><enum>(2)</enum><text>to construct on that site a joint Navy-Department of Veterans Affairs Community-Based Outpatient Clinic, as called for in the Capital Asset Realignment for Enhanced Services (CARES) strategic plan approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.</text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="H777078B60E6D46DABB54BEF97B8FB389"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Funding</header><text>There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for the purposes of subsection (a).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H1C3A2DA4DFB54E018500B682CAA475D8"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Definition</header><text>For purposes of this section:</text> 
<paragraph id="H718C809CB3F3426D81BAF56E62F5F96"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The term <term>medical facility</term> has the meaning given that term in <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/38/8101">section 8101(3)</external-xref> of title 38, United States Code.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H464164C83F494FDBB8486CE5642B25B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The term <term>Community-Based Outpatient Clinic</term> has the meaning given that term in the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Capital Asset Realignment for Enhanced Services (CARES) strategic plan.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
