<section id="H2E3FE2E82184495E87205760A3AF1762" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Eligibility for grants under rural and low-income school program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"> The Big Spring Independent School District in the State of Texas shall be eligible to receive a grant under subpart 2 of part B of title VI of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7351">20 U.S.C. 7351 et seq.</external-xref>; commonly referred to as the <quote>Rural and Low-Income School Program</quote>) for any fiscal year in which the Big Spring Independent School District—</text> 
<paragraph id="H869D7B3431364A34A43F4EBDDB633518"><enum>(1)</enum><text>meets the eligibility criterion of section 6221(b)(1)(A) of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7351">20 U.S.C. 7351(b)(1)(A)</external-xref>); and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H79DC04E59B8D42C091A4D43F5429972C"><enum>(2)</enum><text>would meet the eligibility criterion of section 6221(b)(1)(B) of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7351">20 U.S.C. 7351(b)(1)(A)</external-xref>), but for the inclusion of the Federal prison population in the calculation of the school locale codes described in that section.</text> </paragraph></section>
